Well, Microsoft has answered my feedback issue with errors being thrown in Windows Home Server shortly after any addition is made to the Graffiti database. Here is the answer:
Microsoft produces lots of software and evidently these disparate pieces of software (In the instant case, Windows Home Server & Windows Desktop Serach 4.0) don't play well together. Will there ever be a fix? Your guess is as good as mine.
